I'm told that we shouldn't consider a thing a blessing or tragedy until we see how it is used.
Although, for many around the world, Dr. King's death stands as a tragedy, we can say, too, that this hero's life continues to inspire, and give hope that "we shall overcome," and that his death has become a constant reminder that although he gave his all for all, we can do even more with our life to bring his dream to fruition.
Many, however, see Dr. King's dream realized in Barack Obama while others discount it.
Whether we defer the dream or embrace it now as a present reality, we have to, as we're constantly reminded, "Keep the Dream alive."
Hey, Domino Keeping the Dream alive is definitely something each of us are responsible for no matter who we are. Perhaps initially not an easy task but one that will reap a lot of good.
