Azamra...Africa!! Sierra Leone

A group of 12 women traveled 6,000 miles to western India to study at the Barefoot College in Tilonia, Rajasthan, "how to make light from the sun."

These women want to bring solar powered electricity into their country, and the Sierra Leone government is investing $820,000 to this project. Already a Barefoot College in Poka Line village was just established to teach solar engineering. It is the first in Africa, and will enroll 50 students.

Go, Sierra Leone!!!

G-d bless!
